Lovely around that area. I bet there was a bit less traffic than in August too!

bin longer than I can remember since I rode up Cheddar Gorge,

A couple of years ago, I used to wonder how much longer I'd be able to hack the commute in the winter months - especially sitting at motorway speeds for 25 minutes, as I do daily. Then I bought a heated vest - absolute gamechanger! Struggling with being too cold, what's that?

I'm lucky to have lots of countryside nearby , it was quiet up through the Gorge , and a bit chilly about 5 celcius , and the roads were a bit slippery .
