Happy with the out come 144.3hp, the other graph (blue line) is a friends standard tiger Dyno'd at the same time 102.3hp after some mapping.

I've ported & polished the head matched to Daytona 955 headers and installed 955 cams. also a low pipe, and airbox mod.
Racetec front suspension and Elka rear suspenders etc etc

One day I will die, Trouble is, I won't be able to press restart and play the game again!!!!!

A 44% increase is pretty good any day. More torque too. Nice work.
    Is that rear wheel power?

How did you come to decide on 955 parts?
I started looking/comparing cam timing in various models (in search of more low end torque). I decided that the bike ran too well to mess with. But obviously I was wrong.
I'd like to hear details of the build if you're willing.
    Dave

There's more to it than just the map  :164:

Your right, I've done a lot of fiddling, porting & polishing, matching the larger Daytona headers to the head (they do simply bolt on but have larger diameter tubes) had to have a link pipe made to connect to a triumph low pipe. Got rid of the dogbone in the airbox. the 955 cams were reground and again bolt straight in with new shims. (Note the 955 is the same motor as the 1050, just a different stroke, thats why the bits are interchangable)I did have to re degree the cams from the recomended by advancing the intake and retarding the exhaust 3deg to gain another 5hp and lower the power slightly in the rev range. YD If you go to this much effort I'd suggest that the Dyno tune specific to your bike is the only way to get the best out of it. I will share the tune if anyone wants it if I can but have been having trouble getting tuneecu to connect.  :490:

I wasn't being serious Simon 1050. Your Tiger configuration is a bout as unique as I have seen on here  :087:
