If there’s anybody out there who has an arrow can and wants to remove the baffle here is a link I’ve found. I’m giving this a go tomorrow. At the end of the video it explains that the baffle can easily be re-inserted at any time and secured with a self-tapping screw. This is what I’ll be doing. I’ll report back with results.

Ok update on the arrow. So I found the video useful but there was a couple of things I did differently:-
•I took the exhaust off the bike, as it’s only the clamp at the front and the hanger on top. I had to repair a crack in my rear mudguard anyway so it meant taking the rear plastics off anyway and under this plastic is where the exhaust hangar is. I have panniers so to make it easier I just removed all the pannier bolts, an easy enough job with a socket set. I needed Allen sockets for the sliding rack that takes the top box but again had them to hand.

You could possible get access with a small drill to remove the 4 pop rivets that hold the end cap on the arrow, so by all means give it a try and it’ll save you a lot of removal.
Once the end is exposed it was an easy task to use a ‘flapper disk’ to bring the face by a few mm and not the harsh cutter. It’s hard ti see when the metal starts to separate as it’s so close, but once you’ve removed a few mm that should suffice.
Lastly to extract the baffle I inserted a large metal file rather than use a crow bar- you want something - even a piece of wood is better - get it in bar enough to get leverage enough to move the baffle up and down and this loosens it easily to then just pop out like in the video.
Once out I drilled a small hole to enable re-assembly for MOT’s etc.
    I’ll post a photo.
4 pop rivets to secure the end cap and the job is done. Sounds amazing and I’m sure it’s more powerful - not ‘stupid noisy’ just a nice deep growl. 100 miles yesterday and no popping whatsoever when you de-throttle so fuelling isn’t affected in the slightest.
Good luck keep me posted 👍🏼

    Hey Matty,
Struggling to upload video, it only seems to allow 5Mb- I’ll see if I can try again tomorrow. Meantime that other video where the Aussie and Scottish bloke do the cutting is quite accurate - definitely worth doing you won’t regret it 👍🏼
