Hi, can anyone please point me in the right direction to re-wire the pass switch so as to cycle through the cluster display?
Thanks in advance.

Hello again, replied to PM.
Sticky's are your friend, spent some time putting them together to make life easier since I could never find the thread from way back when.
Top of each section. Down this page you will find the how to on your question. This case was in the HOW TO section.

What you propose is difficult, if not impossible, practically. The pass switch shares a common (+) with the high beam so it would require surgery. The instrument cluster push-buttons can be wired out externally as some of us have done, using a three-button handlebar switch. It is a delicate operation requiring some soldering skill although the concept is simple. You have to be ULTRA careful not to disturb the waterproof integrity of the cluster or you'll have extreme heartache. My mod is now over 11 years old with no problems but I'm still careful about keeping moisture out. There's a How To I put together back then if you search. I've added a pic of the motherboard just to show what is involved once you tear down the cluster. These are old images taken with an iPhone 3S so not great.
