Great forum,
I’m a long term biker and just bought a 2011 1050 write off (category N) for a winter project. Started tinkering as I couldn’t wait for winter 😬 and found the forum to be really useful for getting info.

I’ll post anything that my be of interest to others as I go through the rebuilding process

My daily ride is a 2020 Rocket.

I think the Tiger was rear ended, there’s nothing left past the seat and one side has some road rash. Fortunately the previous owner had crash bars that protected most of the bike.

I’ve got the GT but removed the backrest. Just got back from a 800 mile trip around Wales, amazing roads but dodgy weather 🫢. I love the Rocket but all my mates have adventure bikes (yes,I did keep up on the twistiest😜) hence the Tiger. It’ll give me more luggage options and I won’t mind if it gets dirty 🤣

TBH most of the things that need doing have been well covered in the forum already. If I come across anything that  might be of interest I’ll happily post with some photos.
I’ve only owned it a couple of weeks and was expecting a lot of work but as it turns out, apart from the rear end the majority of the work is cosmetic. (Hopefully)

     Here's my vote for you starting a thread.  Would love to follow along as you restore it.
