Big Bore ? OR?

Tamarillo's question about how much better is the Tiger sport than the original Tiger 1050 got me thinking. Since the TS didn't come to the US and I consider the Tiger 1200 to much of everything....
I'm wondering if there are any after market kits for increasing displacement from Blighty or elsewhere? I rarely take the revs above 6500. I'm riding on the torque curve and would like more of it.
I was looking for parts swaps from similar models, found nothing promising. The T-1200 seems to be a totally different engine family, way more over square than 955/1050.
I'm not looking to turn my 07 into a Speed triple more a Rocket 3 locomotive. I've done airbox, pipe, TOR tune. What's next?
You Tiger veterans have been there done that. Set me straight. Thanks in advance.

No expert but easiest option is change of sprocket ratios 🤔

Is it really more torque you are after or just smoother power delivery in the low / mid ranges? IMO a significant improvement in the later RBW sport is near perfect fuelling. Perhaps others can advise on different tunes to try since your quest is not for all out perfomance.

I assume you mean smaller countershaft or bigger rear sprocket, Steve? I actually have a 19 CS on the shelf, because 1. I'm always looking for 7'th and 2. I feel like 3to4 or 4to5 (don't remember which) are so close together, I might as well shift up twice and skip a gear.
I think Triumph geared the Speed Triple from 19 to 18, put a torque intake cam in and called the engine Tiger1050. Obviously there's much more beyond the engine, and I could be wrong about what Triumph's game plan was.
Probably dreaming about increasing engine size on a 15 yr. Old bike. But in the land of F1, maybe there's a crazy old machinist in a cottage spinning up liners and pistons. Free to ask, right?

That should pull a 19 tooth sprocket pretty well.

I'd search for a salvaged, 150 HP Speed RS 1050, then swap over engine, throttle body, electronics, everything into the Tiger

Y'all go big (or stay home?). I like it! Superchargers or an engine swap...
I was a thinking of an incremental improvements. 100cc's here, a camshaft swap there, play with cam timing, "lobe centers", that sort of thing.
The supercharger cost was way more than I paid for the bike! Used engines w/o ECU or throttle body are $2k or so. I really like the bike. Just want a little more roll on power.
So a 2004 / 955 Speedy had 120hp@9100 and 74ft/lbs @5100.
A Tiger 1050 has 115hp@9400 and 77ft/lbs @6200.
Add 10% for the displacement advantage would give a Tiger with a 955 tune & cams: 126hp & 84lb/ft. at 1000 rpm lower.
The latest, greatest Speedy has 148hp & 86 ft.
So that's the type of crack pipe dreaming I'm doing here. Has anyone played with cam swaps?Comments?

There is lots you can do on the power front with some simple upgrades and amazing tunes for the MKI T1050. Someone on here put a SSSA on an 07 Tiger. Looks a lot nicer and makes it easier to maintain the rear end. The >2016 TS has a lot more going for it. Software and features is a huge upgrade: auto-cancelling flashers, RBW throttle, rider modes, cruise control etc. But the main plus is the uprated brakes and suspension.
So the question is: How for so you want to go? Personally In don't think it would be worth the huge cost

I'd like cruise & self cancelling indicators. I tried to put Signalminders on my 07. The owner/engineer and I finally decided his product wasn't compatible.
The crux of the issue is that here in North America there is no Tiger Sport 1050 which is the sweet spot between the 900 & 1200 Tigers.
A newer 900 has less hp & torque than my 07, but weighs 190kg. The 1200 at 141hp & 122nm and weighs 242kg. It's too big a bike for me.
No easy answers I guess.
