Update guys, replaced flasher unit. Checked wiring loom for breaks, nothing. Ignition connector was green pulled on wires and 2 broke.  Repaired them but they are nothing to do with the indicator circuit! Also before I broke 2 wires if you pulled on connector the ignition went on and off. Spent all day checking, no luck, but I did find that there is 3volts going to the side light connectors?
Headlight working, brake light works of front lever not rear lever. No rear light no side lights but the horn works.
These are almost exactly the same symptoms as i had, have you opened up the main loom where it runs along the right hand side of the frame under the tank? More than likely you have water in thd loom which has corroded the indicator and rear brake light connections.
Sounds like it has also messed with your side light connections too.
