Whilst cleaning the bike yesterday , I found this .


 
Behind here near the chain .



Anyone have any idea what it may be , rode the bike today , didn't notice anything untoward .

It is a wiretap connector/snaplock probably dropped from the battery area

Yeah, it's for splicing into wiring, looks unused - not a thing Triumph would use as OE.
