New 07 Tiger Owner
on: 23 November, 2021, 05:36:54 AM
I just picked up a decently set up and well kept Tiger 1050 to replace my high miles (106k) FZ6 for commuting and highway touring duty.

2007 non ABS model with 30k miles on it, Penske rear shock and fork work (though I don't have the specifics, but supposedly set up for 170lb rider which I'm just shy of). Puig screen, but sadly no factory screen to cut down for summer usage. Heated grips, aux lights, power supply for GPS, battery tender cable. Factory side cases and center stand. Triumph branded Magura tapered aluminum handlebar (from a similar era Speed Triple I believe). Zard slip on exhaust (came with factory muffler as well). Pretty new set of Avon Trailriders.

She's a big girl and my first liter bike, so we'll see how well I gel with it.

 :401:   Looks great.  :028:

I have a cal sci screen I got a while back that I took 3 inches off in an attempt to find the perfect noise solution.  Its on a  shelf in the garage collecting dust. You can have it for the price of postage. If you're interested pm me.

Welcome to the club.  :031:

Stickys, check them out top of each section.
Make it east a couple hours look me up.
Take the screen off, only downside it doesn't push the wind up mid chest. Fantastic in the dog days of summer
Don't think the one I had on my old bike is still being sold.
Accessories sticky, down at bottom members bikes. Mod's done listed there. Post up yours and I'll add it.
