Yesterday , I was doing some work on the Tiger and , while I looked at the bulbs, I noticed that you could have a problem with the lenght of the bevinsee V45.
There isn't much room (couple of mm) behind my A01 . That is room between the rear of the lightbulb, ventilator housing and the plastic dashboardcover of the Tiger.( removable for installation)
When I look at the measurements of the bulbs, The V45 are 6mm longer then the A01, and I am afraid you don't have that.
The width (diam) : Here I see that the A01 is 4mm wider then the V45 (36mm vs 32mm), so here I see no problem.

If possible, could you still change the order from V45 to A01?
Otherwise you might need to file out a little of the plastic of the dash just below, ( not really very visible but still annoying)

Ok itís done - I did have to Dremel a bit of plastic off to make room for the back of the V45s, but can hardly see it from above. Yet to do a proper night ride but pretty sure these are going to fry anything in their beams as they are insanely bright!

See b4 / pics taken in lit garage..

Told you eh. After surfing the net for some hours,I found out that these V45 are amongst the brightest available.
Did you only change the H11 ( high or full beams), or did you also order the H7 ( dipped headlights ) ?

I wouldn't use the V45 H7 as dipped headlights in a reflector housing. They are way to bright and you can't prevent scattering to incoming traffic. Hence why I have the A01 series LED's .

After changing dipped headlights to LED's, always re aim the lenses. Chances are they will be to high.
Now used as full beam the V45  H11 do look phenomenal. Have fun

Yea that was great advice - so canít w8 to go in the full dark on my 1 & 1/2h commute  :028:

Kept the low beam original - itís plenty bright enough for in town and traffic.

    Will report once ridden out!
    Thanks Gvy
