Still happy with my short screen. Accepting that I am one of the shorter riders on here, it does the job with my Arai. It’s no quieter with an open face helmet. Probably another 6-8 weeks before I put the taller original screen back on…

I have the Puig touring screen and deflector. Works well once you have determined the best height for the screen and angle for the deflector. However, be aware that the spring in the deflector arm can break and then it will not hold its position. A new arm, you cannot buy the spring separately, will cost AUD$75 + postage $12 within Australia. I can but 2 Chinese knock offs for the same price. As I prefer not to buy Chinese if possible I have just removed the deflector.
The Aus Puig agent were very helpful and responded to my e-mail within hours but advised that they could only supply the arm at the above prices. I was/am very disappointed that a recognised brand, at a premium price, has failed.

Here is my solution with a Puig Touring screen and an MRA X-screen deflector.
I added a 03mm spacer placed under the 2 top holes of the original mounting frame held by longer screws. The same spacers added to the top 2 fixings of the screen keeping the original screws. No more wind noise at all

I was travelling motorways at 80mph average and it didn't last. At slower speeds it worked grand, pity because it was cheap as chips.

Short or none, I wore ear plugs either way. Noise gain vs  head buffeting not to mention ATGATT is hot riding. Perforated suit likes air, so did I. It was 99 or 37 depending on the letter.
