    Screen or no screen???

New to the tiger and the screen will have to go. I’m 6'2" ish and the standard screen air stream hits me straight in the visor. I always use ear plugs and i prefer clean uninterrupted flow of air around the helmet. What I’ve done on previous bikes is drive the bike, then home again and take an Inch off the screen, out for a spin again and again take an inch or so as needed to get maximum body protection with zero buffeting and minimum wind noise. Question which screen. One to cut down or just a small screen. For a small sheet of plastic they can be stupid money. I've a 2018 tiger, any suggestions.

I pissed around with various screens & never got rid of the wind ROAR. Finally bit the bullet & got the Madstad.... a look only a mother could love but 100% effective.

On my Mk1 Tiger, I picked up a short screen than someone had modified, off Ebay. Much quieter than a standard screen and I used it most of the year, until Winter or long runs, then put the MRA screen on. Powerbronze look like they do a short screen. I have a birthday coming up and I think I know what to ask for...

This the PB one? It's in the loft, make an offer. Dunno if it'll fit the later model.

Paul, I have a similar picture, but mine was with a Fazer Thou... and it was sunny.. Thanks for the offer, but unless anyone thinks differently, I don't think that that screen will fit the 20 TS. If it did, I could make my old screen fit by drilling holes etc (which I haven't tried..)

The short screens do the job of cutting the noise, but ya get wet, terribly wet. I now have the MRA T screen, works for me.

Well, by a stroke of luck (perhaps), I have come across a Powerbronze short screen. It sort of came with the bike... It is a weird opaque dark colour  :004: which will undoubtedly look naff, but I am still going to fit it and see what I think.. If I can somehow persuade my phone to take a picture under 5Mb, I might post a picture..
