I got there with a short queue, just in time, they were piling in, I don't normally go out w/e, too busy in the Peaks but it was a grand day for it. Finished with a ride through Warslow, over Axe Edge, Buxton & Long Hill. Only 88 miles but grand to be out.
Ah the joys of being retired.
I had to delay yesterdays 100 mile bimble till after work  :012: Left home in bright sunshine but did not escape the hailstones and near gale force wind before I got home
Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

We had Hailstones yesterday (Tuesday). ) Chatting with some boys at Ladybower today who've booked a cottage in Ullapool for a week in mid-June, what a good idea.

Need another circular ride to Bala for lunch at that little Italian caff but forecasts rain now for next week or more.
