Had my first Tiger(885i) in 99 it lasted 3 weeks, the second got ditched as soon as I test rode a 955, with Ohlins/Dymags including a 17Ē front itís been a wonder and with 45000 miles on the clock still running like a goodíun test rode a 1050 and it didnít do anything for me.

Iím a great fan of the triple engine, the problem being Triumphs marketing dept...because they then decided with their shaft 1200 it was all about chasing BMW...and it was time to go else where, havenít sold a bike in 20 years, so along with the 955 bought K1200r Sport and an XT660X, in 2016 a new S1000XR(non ESA) and in 2019 a KTMGT, hopefully at some time Triumph will fit this new 1200 motor in a modern day Tiger, just a shame itís taken them all these years for the light bulb marketing moment but hey ho.

Ta Steve. Will give you a shout once I have it and can confirm the screen did not change between model years.

Just need a nimble traillie now for those nadgery single track lanes in Devon. An EXC300 or WR450 should do the job.
Also: '16 Tiger 800, '95 Yamaha Serow, '58 Ariel FH.

Not ready for another divorce mate. Only just explained the arrival of number 2. Tiger has already proved it's capable on those nadgery single track lanes and the Katoom will have a go next week. At least when I get back it will be run in  :007:
What I have will have to do for now  :001:
