Hello from Sunny Leyland, UK
on: 22 February, 2021, 05:14:55 PM
Hi everyone.  Took delivery of my '13 Tiger Sport on Friday.  Bonkers time for a new bike what with Lockdown 3 and all but I did sneak her out for a quick sniff around the twisties  🤫.  Stepped up from a MKii Versys 650 (my 1st Big Bike) and really glad to have done so.  Total upgrade in quality all round.  Triple's obvs awesome and everything seems very nicely put together.

I am puzzled by 1 thing someone might know about...  I have an electrical connector (looks almost like an old SCART plug) in the under-seat box, and there's a moulded blade that it fits but nothing else to plug in to.  Would this be for connecting an immobiliser perhaps?  Any answer greatfully received

Cheers 🍻 and here's to springtime with Tigger

Andy

:405: Mr Pooks, post us a pic of your new ride,
The connector thats not plugged in is the OBD 2 connector  you can connect your laptop to it for diagnostics and changing your map etc.

Does your hometown have any link to the fabled (and revered) British Leyland brand...?
