    I have a stop'n'go kit, plus a little 12V pump.   It's got me home several times, wouldn't want to be without it.  I've also left them in for thousands of miles with no ill effects and no slow puncture effect either.   Terrific bit of gear.

    Realise this is a really old thread, but got a rear wheel puncture at the weekend, had a rope plug kit with me and plugged it roadside, managed to get the tyre pumped at a garage air line and rode home 👍🏼
