Ive recently gone off listening to music Radio in the car and now switch mainly between Radio4 Extra for old comedy stuff and Talk Radio to hear people squirm. If I want music I tend to listen to my own stuff off a USB stick.

I put Radio X on in garage, keeps missus out & the two eejits on there make me chuckle.

In the car, I have to flick between channels going through the Peaks for reception, start with Smooth, then High Peak, Stoke, Sheffield, some places there's zilch. Must be similar in parts of Wales & Scotland also.

At home or car CD, mostly old rock stuff, not much after 2k.
Also: '16 Tiger 800, '95 Yamaha Serow, '58 Ariel FH.

And that's exactly why singers over 60 don't have to retire and can keep raking in the cash.

I saw a UK rapper on a TV show last week when he actually stated, in answer top a music related question, that he couldn't actually sing  :008:

By the time I started riding (1979) punk was on the way out and new wave and Ska was hitting the charts, I had a Stiff Little Fingers song title across the fairing of my RD200, and was in a small minority who listen to The Specials, Selecter and The Jam. Music from `77 to `82 is still my favourite.

When this all kicked off and I started working from home I needed some background noise so started listening to Scala Radio - mainly classical although they stretch to musicals and quite a lot of classical versions of popular songs. It's less serious than most Classical stations and they play a wide variety including musicals and have even stretched to the Muppets................

What surprised me was how good some of the music from TV films and games is.
TDM 900 (Commuting duties) and a 2018 Tiger Sport.  Orange Tiger 1050  - gone but not forgotten.........also in the past a 900 Sprint and 955 Tiger. Just added an XJR1300 to the stable............

Planet Rock for me in the garage and in the car. Don't tend to listen to radio anywhere else.
