"Off Road" mapping 2008 Tiger
on:
13 January, 2021, 12:22:19 PM
Hi
I have read about a "Off Road" setting in the ECU, and wonder if there is a place to download the settings, I have a friend who can help me, I think
And "go to a local dealer" is not an option, I live in Denmark, and there are two dealers, but they donīt know anything about it, they are no help

Isn't that just about knocking off the ABS & TC?

Ok gotcha, you just want the TOR tune or similar. There's a few boys on here done that, they'll chime in.

I have a Shark Conic exhaust, and think this tune could be an option for the Tiger

Hi Frank T,
Various maps can be downloaded from this page
https://tuneecu.net/Tune_List.html
.
I have a 2007 (no SAI, no ABS) with airbox opened up by removing the plastic snorkel, and a Delkevic 450mm exhaust, so I'm using tune 20551 described as
"Tiger 1050 up to VIN 535378 Triumph aftermarket silencer without secondary air injection Fuel up to E25 Minimum 95 RON (89 RON/MON) fuel"
. This may be the one you are looking for.
My previous tune was 20159, so old it's not even in the database!
Good luck!

I am no expert in this field, but there is a lot of information on this topic right here on the forum, available via search. It will help you identify the right cable. I believe
https://tuneecu.net/
can answer most of your other questions. I got a user guide from this site when I did mine. Hope this helps, and good luck.
