Data logger/AFR readings
on: 29 September, 2020, 12:01:14 PM
Morning all. Hope someone will be able to shed some light. Can Tune ECU be used as a data logger via the bluetooth OBD reader or will I need a separate android app?

Also, is the o2 sensor wideband so it can give the AFR readings?

Thanks,
Dave

TuneECU doesn't offer this as a part of the app however there's a fellow on this forum developing and offer his own TigerTool. I am sure he will be interested in hearing ways to enhance his product.

Depends what you want to monitor. I believe Torque Pro can be used as a data logger but it might be limited in what it can read from a Triumph as the sensors need ECU access.

If I ever get around to finding time for more of the fun stuff, then I should revisit this.

It's an OM123 OBD2 unit with my own custom PCB & firmware and could be used as a handheld diagnostic tool or data logger...

That's very interesting, thanks. Is there anywhere I can buy it?

The Torque Pro app is on the Android store (not sure if available for iPhones).

A few samples of TigerTool Handheld only exist on a shelf in my office / workshop, until I can find more time to spend on the firmware.
