Pannier separator
« on: 16 September, 2020, 05:39:42 AM »
My OCD strikes again...

Cut out a sturdy plastic separator for each half of the panniers

This keeps the non essentials stable, at the rear half of the pannier and allows opening of the lid without all the contents falling to the ground!

I should have done this a long time ago, it took 5 min to cut out with my jigsaw Using a fine blade

The material was purchased from an office supply store, Dont know what its called (poster board?) but sold in large sizes

its corrugated And quite stiff, but you could use marine plywood or a thin sheet of aluminum or anything else...
