It's true what they say:

Us Brits aren't really happy until we've got something to moan about .....  :015:

Yeah, I was coping alright 'til Winjer said it'll go on 'til May 2021.

We had an orribull wet winter, looking forward to some great biking, I had so many rallies planned and 2 trips, Italy & Picos booked & paid for, now we're lucky to be here, todays figures for the UK are really worrying.

The DIY to pass the time aint helping, stuck a chisel in me finger, burnt me hand with the paint stripper & fell off the steps. A&E are gonna be really overstretched if this carries on much longer.

So, removed the oil lines and polished them up

Then removed the rear calliper and gave it a good clean.  16 plate with 9500m and the calliper was cleaner than I expected, and easier to remove than I was thinking.
Other bikes: 2017 Speed Triple R, 2010 Street Triple R,  ZXR 400 race bike for track days and Fantic 250 Casa for green lanes, and a Yamaha TDR250 for investment fun

Well we retired 15 months ago so strange times are currently nothing unusual to us,going to bed every night knowing that I can get up in the morning and do WTF we like the next day and bugger me money turns up in the bank every month and I dont do a dam thing for it  :112:,theres not an hour in the day I havent worked and I find the whole concept of good money turning up without working for it completely alien.

So while not being able to ride a bike is a bummer just have to change tack and take to other things dont ask me to like it,its just the way it is,a time for stout hearts and strong minds and no little luck,as for cancelled trips blimey first one down the tube was Le-Mans 24 hour next month, then the NW200 in May,friends coming from NI too Donington to watch relatives at the BSB,and 4 other Moto GP dates down the pan as well,but..... with 6 bikes,3 cars,a van,a decent size house to paint,2 dogs that expect to walk at least 20 miles a week ill Worry about riding a bike when the law satys I can and until then ill Crack on and currently saving money, not to say I dont spare a thought for the poor soles not so fortunate in these difficult times.

I was just joshing with the DIY accidents, sat here imagining it all starting with the light stuff ending in A&E then ambitions sending folk up ladders repairing the roof or gutters, under the car on dodgy axle stands. Perish the thought of it all.

We could still be riding only for the social crowds gathering at chip shops last Sunday after Boris asked people to isolate. Now what we got, Runners, hikers, cyclists, horse riders, all out enjoying the countryside, but not us. All down to them eejits last Sunday.  :192:
