Used to do 50 miles on the M25 and 100 on the M1 every single work day, several times in snow . Don't personally use panniers but followed enough RTs and Pans through London to know that's no excuse.
Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

SO I'll put it this way.    Do you believe in God,  Yes then this child of God is a moron and will meet his creator sooner rather than later. Sad part is, might take an innocent bystander with him.

Don't believe in God, OK then your on the Darwin crowd.  Fine, this demonstrates the weeding out of those who should NOT reproduce, and those who pick morons as a partner.
