Here is a link to the ones I am using, (items #18 & #19), they were off a friend' 2016 Tuono V4 1100. Not sure if other years are similar. They are inexpensive for OEM parts and nice quality.

For the 18 model you will need a convertor / adaptor for the right hand mirror

Can you strip the bottom fasteners off your Triumph stems & fit to the Aprilia stems?
