That's great Paullie.   :028:    I like where you have the camera mounted.   No obstructions, and a great field of view.  Nice job.  :031:

This is Overijse, to the South East of Brussels. It's a pretty nice commune (or I should say gemeente). Wonder how many noticed the police car at the end ....

Innovv? Never heard of it. Pretty nice video for a test. Does it have sound? Shame to not capture that sweet triple as you rip through the countryside.

And that cop, should have overtaken him and become a youtube sensation!  :005: :008:

    Thanks for sharing.

Does have sound, and I ummed and ahed about leaving it as original. But wanted to have a go with music to see how it worked, as I've never worked with video before. Not too shabby, but might just leave the triple soundtrack on next time.

Innovv seems to be only marketed in the UK and continental Europe. Their support guy in Kent seems pretty knowledgeable.

I know nowt about these things. Giz a bit of info' eh m8.

How long does it record for, or is it a matter of fitting bigger storage? Then does it record over itself or do ya have to dump what's on it? Much of a job to fit? Is it hard wired? 'Ow much?

I'm still learning meself! But it basically loop records - so when the card fills up it starts recording over the top of the oldest recordings. The card is a micro-SD card, and the size determines the length of time it'll record without erasing old material.

So for all day recording you really need 128 Gb, or 256 Gb for a bit more. And Innovv say you have to have fastest quality cards - typically looking at 50 for Class 10 U3 256 Gb card for example. Damned expensive, especially for a Luddite like me - but i reason that I can always use the cards in a camera or PC, if they turn out to be not good enough. Innovv's support page has a load of info on recommended cards.

It is a bit of job to fit. The cameras themselves are easy enough. It's deciding where to fit the DVR (the central unit) and where to run all the wires. I did a long 'How To' on the system here: https://www.tiger1050.com/index.php/topic,40674.0.html

This is all still new to me too. Not had time yet to analyze the results of some long rides. So how well it performs, and how durable it proves - we shall see ....
