I use Grip Puppies with Triumph heated grips. They work sufficiently well for me, depending on which gloves I'm wearing.

Also had a Cramp Buster on a previous Beemer K1200GT, which had a very strong throttle spring. Was a great help on long trips - so far hasn't been necessary on the Tiger.

I fitted grip puppies which made the problem worse initially & so I took them off.

After fitting the risers they went back on and they have stayed on ever since.
The crampbuster still fits on.

BTW I also find it helps to not ride too long at a steady throttle between 4-5000rpm which was the main problem area for me.
Make sure your chain is loose and tyre pressures are not too high.
Also mirrors and engine mounts are tight!

I still feel the vibration through the bars sometimes, but no numbness in the hands.
