I guess that I'm in a position to make a direct comparison. There's a 5/8 MC on the bike, I have a Nissen 11/16 and a Brembo 19mm from the previous owner. There's a 14mm on the way from Ebay...

I'm getting a headache...are there any Tiger owners in Oregon who love to bleed brakes??

Have you tried taking the lever off and putting a bit of grease where the lever meets the cylinder was going to rebuild brakes on my old bike as they felt grounchy but this sorted it in my bike and my friends who had a similar issue

Must be still waiting on that 14mm m/c from ebay. They can take a while, especially from China.  :745:
