Did you try Arrow? I'm sure that end cap is used for many applications. Years ago I had bike with a SC projects slip on, cracked the endcap moving the bike in the garage. Contacted SC and they sold me one fairly cheap. Bit of a pain to install, the stainless rivets are tough to drill out and I bent my rivet gun's handle putting the new ones in, they are tough little buggers.
Larger than life and twice as ugly!

The problem your probably gonna find is that the Arrow Cans for the TS are made specially for Triumph.  Arrow themselves dont list any aftermarket Exhausts for the Tiger so whether they will sell you any spares is questionable

A quick Google and a number of carbon end caps are shown.

I wouldn't have though that the Triumph shape would be unique....

As someone who has spent way too much time tracking down the impossible my first port of call would be Jack Llilley hes well connected when it comes to all things Triumph after that Id jump in a car complete with exhaust and rock up at the factory for cake and coffee at the cafe and find someone who can help still drawing a blank!!! Email Arrow direct explain who else you have spoken too( so they cant refer you back) and ask for help.

As someone who spent 10 years tracking down a high ration bevel drive for a beemer I can tell you all things are possible hopefully in less time  :002:

Thanks all, have a claim going to Parcel Force as my local Carbon Fibre man says that this is a common type of  fault. The can is damaged in transit with a knock but only manifests itself when fitted  then been through a few heat cycles and subjected to vibration. Was in good condition and sent in good faith by magnetman.
Gutted was i when had to file the damage report with the budget committee
