Just found a crack where 3 pipes join. Anyone got anything?

Had it welded today, cost me 70, but it appears headers to have several more cracks. Welder said pipes are too thin. Bike has 48k on the clocks.
Read some Tiger Explorer threads and loads of people have this. Same place. On a 3-4 year old bikes. Triumph even was honoring warranty replacements.
Also that solid bar welded across the pipes seems for this reason.

It's not a solid bar, it's an equaliser or balance pipe.

You got a pic of what you talking about there?

Those headers are fecked by looks of them. The mig chicken poo local heat has caused more cracks as it has cooled, ya canna put that back on. Brazing might be worth a try to smother all the wee cracks. If you're keeping the bike long term, I'd get new headers.
Have the headers been put under tension in fitting after market end can/joining pipe.
