Triumph box
« on: 10 January, 2019, 07:42:48 PM »
Greetings all, just wondering if any of you have tried the Triumph top box for the Sport (18)) ? I think it has a power socket inside too and also looks like an extra trim needs to be bought for it so quite expensive. Also looking at the Givi V47....and does the Triumph box fit on a Givi plate?
Many thanks in advance.....

Its a reverse Tardis in my opinion, looks huge, dont hold much, and no it only fits Triumphs sliding carriage thing.  Ive got the Givi Trekker 52

Thanks Timbox, I'll stick to Givi then seeing as the bike already had the Givi plate on it.
Any chance of a picture of what it looks like on the bike when convenient?

John.

I have the Triumph topbox and panniers and wish i had some thing else
They are heavy , too big and bulky and carry very little
Look good though. 😎

Yep Conor Pass just outside Dingle, beautiful place, it was last August when doing a week long trip on the Wild Atlantic Way which I would highly recommend.

V47 Givi top box, Oxford 35 roll top bag and I believe my tank bag is in my top box is enough luggage to do me a weekish, I have Triumph panniers but prefer not to bring them if I can get away with it.
