If it has been asked before, I apologize, but:  If you had to narrow it down to just one thing, what is the single best improvement you have made to your Tiger. I'm more interested in 1050, but would still like to hear about your TS thoughts.

ECU re-flash by Hilltop ........

a Nitron rear shock....

and then dropping the rear tyre pressure to 38psi solo (no luggage)......and it was that simple change of tyre pressure that has meant that I suffer a lot less pain from my damaged disc and I now take a minimal about of paracetamol. Prior to, a week's trip would be 4 tabs a day minimum without fail (and a whiskey night-cap)!

Bw

Ps I'm having a new Sport in 2019 (hopefully) :001:

For my early Mk1 Tiger'(08), it has to be the suspension upgrades. The firm but compliant ride just give an added level of control and confidence that makes this bike a pleasure to ride! :300:

Suspension, suspension, suspension, but to be fair the latest TS aint bad out of the box, its just once youve had aftermarket suspenders on any bike,  stock is pants.

Tyres, OR Pirellis are rubbish, Michelin PR4s were great, PR5s have transformed the bike, best tyres I have ever had..

Lowering, on my previous T1050, by 25 mm made a big difference to self-confidence when coming to a halt.
