Check out the PD Oiler. Doing a great job on mine. I use chainsaw oil in mine and it uses about 2 syringes full per month. Think the syringes are 10ml, doesn't really matter cos I have a 5l bucket of the stuff that cost less than a single little bottle of Scottoil.

My favourite bike sticker... Bloke who rides down the Mall same time as me has a Scottoiler sticker on his Tiger 1200. Its stuck onto his drive shaft casing. Causes me to chuckle every time I see him.
Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

Whilst I love the idea, I have always hated Scottoilers, since a bad clogging experience of many many years ago, that cost me a chain and sprocket set.

Might have to revisit that one  :169:

There's 2 electrickery versions I have the type with the setting on bars, handy 'cos can give it a minute of drips if go thro' rain or crud. That's on me '16 T800 cos dealer not allowed to fit the vac type on the fbw models. Got vac type on older bikes.

I use the older type vacuum Scottoiler on mine, as it came fitted. Had to send it back to Scottoiler to be serviced before it would work properly, but now happy with it. It does take a while to get the adjustment right though.

Not the Tiger but mine anyway...

I never touched it, you can't blame me, it went off when I was cleaning it.

Good effort Woodie!  :152: I remember seeing it!  Mine was a lot simpler!  Great turnout though!

Yeah it's the electric version. They did have the lower spec one and we're going to fit it, but I wanted the X version so it cost a bit more.

There is an even higher spec one that features a accelermoeters so it's intelligent apparently. I balked at the cost of that version.

Ah, that's where I went wrong. Asked the dealer if they had the electric version 'cause I didn't want to play with the vacuum. I'm very talented in breaking things ...
So they told me the cost upfront (Euro 300), but it being the first one they delivered the installation would be free. Having them play with the vacuum would cost me three hours work, so I would pay about the same anyway. Turned out the dealer ordered the eSystem and it took them three hours to install. And here I was thinking I got the xSystem  :087:
Haven't had to refill yet, halfway or there about.
