Has anyone sent a seat to Sargent? What did you have done? How did it turn out?

30 years off and on road pleasure an excitement.

Yes, and was not quite the shape I wanted so sent if back with instructions on what I wanted and am now pleased with it, but it cost me quite a bit of coin to get it right (for me at least).  Overall I like their seats, I've had them on several bike, definitely better than Corbin, good quality, nice stitching.  They are good seats for an off the shelf type item.

Not a fan of sargent, had one on the speed triple not impressed.

Guess the question becomes what are you looking for.
I tried  the stock, tall, and corbin on the tiger. Picked up a Russell Day long, it's an all day cruiser seat. SUCKS in town.

If your looking for gel seat send it to Spencers

I went the Spencer route. He replaced foam on rider and  pillion sections with gel Supracor foam. It took several hours of riding to break in but now I'm very happy with it.  Cost was very reasonable and quick turnaround.

:0461:  Although I like my Sargent seat now, if I were doing it again, this is the route I would go too.
