Courage, Brakespears, Fullers, Wadsworths, Whychwoods,
Probably Black sheep ale now eh ....  :164:

It's a few years back now, but Directors bitter, Boddingtons, IPA, are beers I remember. I don't know if ABC (Aylesbury Brewery Company) is still going, but that was my local. Also, in Surry/Hampshire, Morland. I think they used to brew off the Hog's Back, unless that was the Hog's Back brewery. No idea. I stick to craft beers out here and there are a couple of pubs I go to where they brew on site. Bell Ringer is one of my favourites out here. They serve it far too cold, but it doesn't take long to get to the right temperature.

I look forward to the re-education  :031:

For reference, I run 20546 in my 2012 SE with stock can, dog bone airbox mod, CAT and SAI removed.

Runs just fine.

At one point I had a Delkevic installed and ran 20543, but switched back to stock can because I prefer the lower sound level.

Back on track Johnny: Yes, many have recommended 20546. Most whom have removed the CAT, have gone for Indy's, AK's or Big Rog's tunes. But 20546 is certainly up there and should not be overlooked.

You would probably remember Morrells (Oxford) - a fine old brewer of real ale which was my favourite beer, now sadly succumbed to the developers. Morlands (Abingdon) is around but in name only - the brewery also now a housing development, and the beer brewed in some industrial megacomplex somewhere.

On the plus side, there are numbers of microbreweries, many of which make quite decent ale. One of my favourites comes from (I kid you not) The Old Bog Brewery in Headington ...  :087:

And Wadworths 6X is still around, as is Hook Norton brewery in the Cotswolds (itself well worth a visit).

Many years ago, I used to do business with Guinness Brewing in Park Royal (NW LONDON).

It was a surreal environment, with bars all over the complex, for every rank  :008:

Yes Wadsworth 6X was also one of my favourites and BTW: My sister lives in Headington and my brother-in-law has a well stocked 'Old Bog' AKA his garden shed  :031:

back to the topic..  :152:
Finally changed my map this afternoon & ..why did i wait so long & put up with the snatchy throttle gawd only knows  :087:
loaded Dave 73's V2 map & oh my gawd .. the bike is great to ride now, lovely and smooth cruising at 30 or 40 or 50 behind traffic - no lumpy idle at long last  :046:
AND was following a car at about 55 in 6th, pulled out and absolutely steamed past without dropping it down a cog  :123:
she pulls even stronger now through the gears and has not lost that lovely burble on the decel  :046:
wahay !!  :123: just have to watch out for mr  :121:

So Pupone & JerryH, try Daves V2 map, i have the same setup as you apart from the airbox mod & a different end can.

hi Valerio,
its in the Sticky for this section, try this link, the map is on page 3 post 24, its called Dave73 Stock Tuned V2.zip

https://www.tiger1050.com/index.php/topic,24832.20.html

you have to make sure you copy it into the tune library on your laptop so that TuneECU can read the .hex file and download it into your ecu.  :028:
i found that when i went for a ride after loading into the bike that i noticed the difference to the low speed running straight away, it had lost over 90% of the snatchiness & was lovely & smooth, so gave me a huge smile  :152:
i hope you get the same or similar results.
i,m going to see how it performs over the next weeks commute to work & will post results   :047:
