It looks like this when mounted.

Intentionally left blank.

Thanks  :002:
Have a look and see if navihalter.de is back in business. Best system for the earlier bikes I've found, and right in the sight line.

I have a Ram mount ball and thread bolted through the hollow yoke/steering nut.
The sat nav sits behind/above the handlebars and directly below the instrument cluster
See ram-mount.co.uk for mounts, components type b
I believe I used a RAM-B-337 and a RAM-B-201 STD arm
Other bikes: 2017 Speed Triple R,  ZXR 400 race bike for track days and Fantic 250 Casa for green lanes

I usually have my tankbag fitted when I'm going somewhere so needed to fit it where it wouldn't be obscured by the bag. i have it over to side where it doesn't block my view of the instrument panel. I have the Tom-Tom Rider with the lock-on kit.

I have similar Ram mount on my T8 so I can just swap it over as & when required. Be nice to duplicate the mount & lock-on kit but it aint cheap & only takes a couple of mins to swap onto the ball.

Navihalter not back in business but if you looking to do what we did and mount directly above the clocks behind the screen the pics on their site suggest it should be fairly simple (as long as you're ok with a bit of fabrication)

Ok it worked  :046:
Had to file the washers on the bottom down a bit to get the screen bracket back on flush, bit ugly but cant be seen!
