I'll download the tune today if I get the chance and report back.
The original Indy tune always suited my bike and mods, whereas it looks like Pollo's bike wasn't so happy with it. I used to get stalling with one of the other tunes (I forget which now). I didn't consider it a problem with the tune, just that none of these tunes were made specifically for my bike so some would suit it better than others.

I am guessing El Pollo Diablo's setup is a little restricted. Does not really matter, just glad he found a tune that is working for him.

I don't know what would be restricted in my setup..

Do you have a end shot of your exhaust can, would be real nice if it was next to a TOR exhaust.

Which filter are you using?
 Dog bone is out?
By chance did you port out your header?

My bike is a 2012 tiger se. It has the 20550 map on it and the following mods:
Dog bone out
SAI removed and all holes sealed including the airbox clean air hole
K And N air filter
CAT removed
Arrow silencer baffle removed.

I'm really pleased with the map, , howeverI also have a stalling problem.

Can anyone help please?

Guessing having the header ported and a slightly larger exhaust makes a difference.

What has me confused is a couple of members with TOR exhaust ran the tune and did not stall.

Only time I had stalling issues was running lower octane fuel with ethanol.

kevh, try the forced adaption.  Start bike, wait 13 minutes. (don't touch anything)

If it does not work, try Soltec's and AK's tune.  Run what works best.

Or disabling the O2 sensor does the trick. Haven't tested it whether the Stoltec's tune makes the difference, or just disabling O2. Maybe your 20550 tune doesn't have the problem either, if you disable the O2 sensor.

I wonder in what conditions it stalls. I had a bit of trouble starting from a stop....maybe it just slows and dies at idle? Sudden throttle close at speed?

It's hard to explain. But i like to play with the throttle when slipping the clutch when pulling away. Here's a situation where it stalled:

Was riding in our busy town centre, had to brake for a cross walk because a pedestrian wanted to cross, so i slowed down to about 10km/h. Continued my ride after that, with slipping with clutch and playing with the throttle, then it stalled. And now i think of it, the other times it stalled it were sort alike situations.
