Hay Gooseman.   I would like.

(if it's ok with you I will replace the tune I posted with yours)
You beat me to making it easy for others to down load and install it.

The fix is in a post, problem with indy's tune by wooc$sh

Just add it to your post, is it sai or non sai.   Which ever is done,  I will pull mine.

K&N is more restrictive filter than both Pipercross or BMC air filters from what I have read in different forums

Could that be why you have problems below 5k?

Interesting.  The consensus I read was that kn was the least restrictive filter of them all.

I would not run the bike for long this way, pull the filter, clean the air box. Take it for a spin.
No filter is the least restrictive you can get and cost nothing.  If that resolves it, you have your answer.  :490:

This tune is like a million dollar find for me, I just want to share it with anyone who want's to win my lottery.

Here is my modified "Indytiger" tune

The changes are:

* Corrected idle to factory settings

* 9700rpm rev limit

* Speedo adjust -3

This tune is with SAI enabled (same as Indy?s)

IndyTiger and Gooseman thanks for your work on this tune, have downloaded it and hope to get it in my bike early next week.  Have done Airbox mods and De cat with Two Brothers pipe.  Will let you know results.

Worked for me, but did cause a very strange noise that is really hard to explain so I won't, but as soon as I switched to a different tune the noise disappeared.

No performance issues at all though...

Airbox mod.  Snorkel left in.
Pipercross air filter.
SAI functional.
CAT removed.
Arrow road exhaust.
"I have to return some video tapes."

Won't ask for the sound effects, was the noise all the time.
At certain rpm's?
Some noises sound bad, or at least not good, or was it just different.
Could just be the Tiger roaring.  :164:

Did your Tiger gain a new attitude in a good way, did you decide to stick with it or go to another tune.
What tune is it.    The reason for the post was to try and track what works with our setup. My tune or not.

Looks like you not the only one running that setup, curious.

Mark, I was messing around with TuneECU while guiding my brother through it and decided to load up the latest 20545 Arrow Race map.  I'll let you know if I notice a difference from your tune.

The noise was continuous while the engine was running.  If I remember correctly, the pitch changed as the RPMs increased.  Initially I thought I had made a mistake when I reassembled everything, but
as I mentioned, the noise disappeared when I loaded a different tune.

I would say that your tune smoothed out my throttle response.  Hard to say if it made my Tiger any meaner, because I loaded your tune right after I did the other mods.

I switched to the the 20543 tune that was posted recently, which also seems to be working just fine, but appears to have reduced the power a bit at lower RPMs.
