Drop the O2 sensor.   
Having one installed is possible but is it really worth the trouble.

The S3 sensor goes into the Y tube that connects to the header.

 Sorry I did not do more measurements to the frame and header.
 I was paying  attention to the mounting point and header length.  :157:

Wrong time to ask, why not just use a Tiger header.

I couldn't find Tiger headers and since these came very cheap I thought I'd give it a go!
