Hello Indytiger,
To contribute to the question above, here is my situation :

My tiger is european version, with cat still there, and SAI active.
TOR can installed, and snorkel opened.
AIR filter is the stock one.

One question I would have is if your tune has been built with SAI
system 'active' on the test bike, or not.
Because the tune shows SAI (air injection) box marked 'on'.
Logically, this would mean the SAI system on the bike was operating
at time of tune built (not coggled or disabled in any way).

Also, as the map comments are not clear on this point :

Tiger 1050, Aftermarket exhaust with catalyst removed secondary air injection

Custom header mods (port match, ceramic coat, catalyst removed
custom Akropovic high mount slip on
BMC street air filter.

Tuned for Mark Bowers by POWER-TRIPP performance

... could you clarify it, indytiger ?

many thanks.   :002:

I have Maya's version with Rhector's Fix
+ SAI + pipercross filter and butchered snorkel and Cat removed.
SC-Projects oval Carbon Can

Result= TPS reset and Indy's Tune works a treat  :028:

I am glad to help any way I can.

The SAI is still completely intact  (aka secondary air injection) on my bike, per the S3 forum it would save a pound or so in removing it and reduce popping on de-acceleration. The noise does not bother me in the least, I actually enjoy it.

I purchased a header off flea bay, had it shipped down to the shop. They ground out the ports on the header to make it round and mate properly with the header.
(if you remove your header you will find the top and bottom round, the sides are flat from the flange they welded on the pipe. they rounded it out. Look closely and you will see the carbon build up on the flat area's.)
The catalytic converter was missing by the time I got there. (wondered what happened  :164:)
I shipped my Akropovic high mount to them, installed after base run along with header.
BMC air filter.

 Hope that helps.

Maya are you running my tune, I did not think it would work with the cat still in.

Hello, yes, running your tune, with some small mods
(fan kick at 102?C instead of 103, idle speed table back to stock,
F/L transition at 10% where it is at 4 or 3 in your tune).
I cannot see any evidence it is too rich, so I keep it like this, because
the bike really pulls harder with this tune.

I need to find another header pipe assembly to have it decat'ed
and installed, but is is hard to find cheap.

I did not have any TPS reset pb on my side, but probably because
I modified the idle table from the beginning.
